In both March and September of 2025, ARISE Beirut was blessed to have It Is Written president, John Bradshaw, present two very inspiring, 4-part evangelistic series, entitled, “Hope Arising”.
As war continues in Lebanon, the people of Beirut face uncertain time, and can often feel hopeless. In order to shine a beacon of hope into their lives as they live in these challenging times, both of Pastor John’s messages were dedicated to guiding people to the source of all hope and reminding us that God is in control, despite everything that is happening around us.
Both series were well attended, with roughly 150 people attending each event. It also brought many new people from the community through the doors of ARISE Beirut who had never been here before. Praise God that Pastor Adriano and members of the congregation were able to begin holding Bible studies with many of those who attended, and of those, five individuals made a decision for Christ and were baptized!
Please pray for those who have been recently baptized, that God will fill them with the Holy Spirit and give them strength and endurance to remain faithful as believers living in these difficult times.
We ask that you will also pray that Jesus will reveal Himself to those who remain undecided, in order that they may also choose to give their lives to Him and be baptized.

Even in our darkest hours, when hope seems so far away, we can hold on to Jesus’ promise that He will not leave us in our despair. — “I am with you always”.
