This summer we hosted our first Summer Camp for youth at our new Empower Skills Center.
Since we were also hosting our World Cup parties here at ARISE Beirut, we decided to have our Summer Camp tie in with the World Cup theme and entitled it “Journey with Champions!”
Our passion at Empower is to build confidence and discipline and moral values through learning new creative skills. This summer we held a wide variety of engaging and enriching classes for the youth in our community. Every week day from 9 AM – 1:30 PM, we worked with the students on developing new skills in; art, music and robotics, as well as having fun together playing games and working on various challenges. Students also learned new cultural facts about some of the tops counties that were dominating the World Cup games.
We had so much fun spending time with the kids and watching them be inspired to work on new hobbies and build new talents! The Empower team can’t wait until Summer 2027 to do it again!!
